What to Expect on SundayOur teaching team, led by Lead Pastor, Rich Butler, shares God's Word in a style designed to inspire and relate to your everyday life experiences. Come prepared to laugh, learn, and engage your mind as we study God's Word each week.
We have an amazing band led by David Walker, our Worship Pastor, and talented musicians who are passionate about teaching and leading you to encounter God on a personal level. Our pastors, elders, and prayer team are always available to talk or pray with you before or after the services. Simply make your way to the front of the auditorium and someone will be there to greet you. Infants and children through 5th grade should enter through the Children's Ministry lobby located at the left side of the building. In order to provide quality care for all of our children, first time guests should expect to spend a few extra minutes for sign-in before the service. A member of our check-in team will assist you in entering your children’s information in our online security system called KidCheck. If you are planning to visit, you can create your parent account online before you come, and when you arrive, all you will need to do is provide the check-in team with your home phone number. To create your free parent account with your children’s information, go to https://go.kidcheck.com. After you check-in, you will be given a check-in receipt, and your children will be given nametags with their name, class, and any allergy information that you have entered. Each week when you check-in, your nametag and your child’s nametag will have a unique number on them. This number will change every time you check-in as a security measure. When you pick up your child, the team member in the classroom will match your number with the number on your child’s nametag. Also if your child needs you during the service, this unique number will be displayed on the board located to the far left of the stage. We recommend that if you have a small child, and this is your first visit with us, you may find it helpful to sit on the left side of the auditorium. Students are encouraged to attend the normal 10:00 am Encounter Service with everyone else. However, they have a separate Youth Encounter Service on Sunday nights. The Youth Encounter Service is from 6:15 - 7:30 pm. This involves worship, teaching, testimony, and ministry with all the students in the same place. Then, from 7:30 - 8:30 pm, the students are divided in to Small Groups by age and gender. This time will focus on bible study, accountability, and prayer.
