Sermon Series

What does God want you to BRING to Him during this season? God "Brought it" when He sent His son, Jesus to the world – now we confront Him at the manger – we come as we are and leave changed – for our good and God's glory. This story is OUR story – it doesn't "end" with the Bethlehem birth. God's desire is: "every heart a Bethlehem, where CHRIST can be born". During this series, we'll examine the main characters in the story (Shepherds, Wise Men, Joseph, and Mary) – what did they BRING and what did they take away?

Luke 1:35 The angel answered,The Holy Spirit will come upon you,the power of the Highest hover over you; Therefore, the child you bring to birth will be called Holy, Son of God.

Each week we'll ask you to "bring it" - "Cans and Coats" - We'll do a food drive to help stock a food pantry at Heritage Baptist Church. This is the same church we worked with on our "Boxes of Love" campaign at Thanksgiving. We'll also give them winter coats to give out to some of their people in need.
